All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout system. You can also use "Buy now, pay later" options like Shop Pay Installments where available.

Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. We're working on expanding to additional countries in the future. For international customers outside of these countries, please contact us to discuss special arrangements.

We begin printing your order as quickly as possible to avoid unnecessary delays. However, depending on our current workload, unframed prints may take up to 5–7 business days to produce. Framed or specialty pieces may require 7–14 business days, depending on complexity and finishing details. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for delivery. Shipping times may be longer for orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada, but if you're located elsewhere, feel free to email us about a custom order—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

During peak seasons, please allow extra time. We'll send tracking info and keep you updated throughout the process.

Each artwork is offered in three to four standard sizes based on the proportions of the original piece. This ensures the composition and visual balance remain exactly as intended.

That said, we understand that walls—and dreams—come in all shapes and sizes. To help you find the perfect fit, every product page includes a custom size calculator. Simply enter your desired width or height, and it will instantly calculate the correct proportion and pricing for you.

Once you're happy with the size, just submit the form with your name and email. We’ll create a draft order tailored to your request and send it directly to your inbox for review and easy checkout. It’s our way of making sure your art fits exactly where it belongs.

Tip: Keep in mind that print sizes refer to the artwork only and do not include any added frame width. If you're planning to frame the piece, be sure to account for the frame’s dimensions. For example, if your wall space allows for 16 inches of width and your chosen frame is 2 inches wide on each side, you’ll want to order a 12-inch-wide print. This allows room for the frame and ensures a perfect fit within your available space.

Since each piece is made to order, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right. See our warranty policy for full details.

If your package arrives with a damaged box, please open it carefully to check the condition of your artwork - sometimes only the outer packaging is affected. If your print is damaged, take photos of both the artwork and the packaging, then email us immediately at info@thewhimsicalartshop.com with the photos attached. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

For our gallery artwork displayed on the site, no proof is needed since you can see exactly how the piece will look. Please note that due to differences in screen calibration and brightness, there may be slight variations between what you see on your device and the final printed result—but rest assured, we do our utmost to maintain the integrity and vibrancy of the original artwork. If you're using our "print your own" service where you upload your own file, we'll send you a digital proof via email for approval before printing. This ensures your custom artwork prints exactly as you intended.

Since each piece is made to order and printing begins quickly to ensure fast delivery, we're unable to accept cancellations or changes once your order is placed. Please double-check your size, paper type, and shipping details before completing your purchase.
